Entase allows you to reschedule an event for a new date. This is a useful option that can be used in case of unforeseen circumstances surrounding your event. The Reschedule option will automatically move all sales to the new selected date. Users will receive an email notification with information about the new date.
Events for which sales have been made, online or at the cash-desk, may be rescheduled. Events for which no sales have been made can be edited after changing their status to

Rescheduling an event
- Make sure you are logged във вашия Ентейс акаунт.
- Your public profile name is written in the upper left corner.
- Under it, in the Control Panel section, select Program.
- Click the three-dot icon to the right of the event you wish to reschedule.
- From the additional menu, select Remove from sale. In this mode, the event is sold at the box office, but not displayed on the organizer's public profile. Events that have no sales can be edited.
- Once the event is in
status, click again on the three-dot icon on the right and select Cancel.
- In the dialog box that will appear on your screen, select Reschedule. From the calendar icon
select a new event date. Add a reason for rescheduling and a message to the customer that will be sent to anyone with an email provided.
- Press the orange Cancel button.
- You will see the event with the new date. The status of the event will be changed to
- Wait a few minutes. The system will automatically reschedule all sales made and change the event status to
.
- To put on sale click on the icon with three dots to the right of the event and select Put on sale.
