Sales have different types of statuses. The possibilities for each sale will be different depending on its status.
Familiarize yourself with the specifics of each status before making a sale change.
Confirmed status
These are successfully realized sales at a cash-desk or online. Selected seats are reserved. The income from these sales is reflected in the general statistics and accumulates in the general Balance.
For sales with Confirmed status, the following options are available:
If the sale is made at a cash-desk:
- Send ticket – in case there is a customer email provided, the option sends the ticket to the customer's email.
- Message – in case there is a client email provided, the option allows you to send a personal message to that client only.
- Print ticket - ticket - print ticket/s for the specific sale.
- Edit - Online sales cannot be edited, but you can enter Cash-desk sales mode to see where the selected seats are positioned.
- Status – change the status of the sale.
If the sale is made online:
- Transactions - The Transactions button will take you to a Balance page with filtered transactions for that sale.
- Message - the option allows you to send a personal message to this customer only.
- Print ticket - ticket - print ticket/s for the specific sale.
- Edit - Online sales cannot be edited, but you can enter Cash-desk sales mode to see where the selected seats are positioned.
- Status – change the status of the sale.
Unconfirmed status
These are sales for which no payment has been made. If the sale is made at a cash-desk:

Cancelled status
These are sales for which the seats are cancelled. Revenues from these sales continue to be reflected in the organizer's statistics until they change to a Refunded status.
If the sale is made at a cash-desk::
- Message – in case there is a client email provided, the option allows you to send a personal message to that client only.
- Print ticket - ticket - print ticket/s for the specific sale.
- Edit - Online sales cannot be edited, but you can enter Cash-desk sales mode to see where the selected seats are positioned.
- Delete - delete the sale entirely and remove the earnings from statistics.
- Status – change the status of the sale to Refunded or Confirmed.
If the sale is made online:
- Transactions - The Transactions button will take you to a Balance page with filtered transactions for that sale.
- Message - the option allows you to send a personal message to this customer only.
- Print ticket - ticket - print ticket/s for the specific sale.
- Edit - Online sales cannot be edited, but you can enter Cash-desk sales mode to see where the selected seats are positioned.
- Status – change the status of the sale to Refunded.
Refunded status
Sales that have been canceled and the money refunded to the customer. Revenues from these sales are not reflected in the organizer's statistics.
If the sale is made at a cash-desk:

- Print ticket - ticket - print ticket/s for the specific sale.
- Edit - Online sales cannot be edited, but you can enter Cash-desk sales mode to see where the selected seats are positioned.
- Status – change the status of the sale to Confirmed or Cancelled.
If the sale is made online:
- Transactions - The Transactions button will take you to a Balance page with filtered transactions for that sale.
- Message - the option allows you to send a personal message to this customer only.
- Print ticket - ticket - print ticket/s for the specific sale.
