Sales made through the Cash-desk channel

Sales through the Cash-desk channel include all sales made in cash at the organizer's physical cash-desk. Refunds for sales made through the Cash-desk channel can only be made for sales with a Canceled status. The amount must be physically refunded at the organizer's cash-desk, after identification of the customer and his order. The status of the sale should be changed to Refunded.

Sales for which a payment has been refunded at Cash-desk should change to Refunded status. Revenue for sales with Refunded status is not reflected in the overall statistics.

 

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Entase account.
  2. Your public profile name is written in the upper left corner.
  3. Below that, in the Dashboard section, select Sales.
  4. Select the sale for which you wish to refund and press the on the right.
  5. Change the sale status to Cancel.
  6. Confirm the operation.
  7. Refund the amount in cash and change the status to Refunded.

 

Online

Sales realized through the Online channel

Sales through the Online channel include all online sales made with a Card, EasyPay, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Refunds for sales made through the Online channel can only be made for sales with a Canceled status. In order for this sale to be refunded, the sale status must be changed to Refunded. The amount will be automatically refunded by the system within 5 working days. Sales revenue with Refunded status is not reflected in the overall statistics and overall Balance.

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Entase account.
  2. Your public profile name is written in the upper left corner..
  3. Below that, in the Dashboard section, select Sales.
  4. Select the sale for which you wish to refund and press the on the right.
  5. Change the sale status to Cancel.
  6. Choose a reason and write a message that the customer will receive by e-mail.
  7. Change the status to Refunded.
  8. The amount will be automatically refunded by the system within 5 working days.

Sales amounts realized through EasyPay are refunded to the organizer's physical cash-desk.
