Events have different types of statuses. The possibilities for each event will be different depending on its status.
Familiarize yourself with the specifics of each status before making a change to an event.

Pending status

These are newly created events that are about to go on sale. They are not displayed on the organizer's public profile. They cannot be sold at the box office, but seats can be reserved.

For events with Upcoming status, the following options are available:

• Save seats
• Copy link
• Going on sale
• Edit
• Delete.

On sale status

These are events that are sold online and at the box office.

For events with On Sale status, the following options are available:

If no sales are made:

• Cashier sale
• Online sale
• Save seats
• Copy link
• Remove from sale

If there are sales made:

• Cashier sale
• Online sale
• Save seats
• Statistics
• Copy link
• Ticket validation/verification
• Generate a list of tickets sold
• Send a message to the audience. *only to people for whom an email is provided.
• Remove from sale

Closed sale status

These are events that have been taken off sale. They can be sold at checkout, but are not displayed on the organizer's public profile. They can only be edited if no sales have been made.

For events with Closed Sale status, the following options are available:

If no sales are made:

• Copy link
• Going on sale
• Cancellation
• Edit

If there are sales made:

• Cashier sale
• Save seats
• Statistics
• Copy link
• Ticket validation/verification
• Generate a list of tickets sold
• Send a message to the audience. *only to people for whom an email is provided.
• Going on sale
• Cancellation and rescheduling to a new date

Cancelled status

These are events that have been canceled after going into Closed Sale status. Canceled events are not displayed on the public profile and cannot be sold or reserved at the box office. A canceled event cannot be returned to On Sale and Closed Sale status.

For events with Cancelled status, the following options are available:

If no sales are made:

• Copy link
• Delete

If there are sales made:

• Statistics
• Copy link
• Ticket validation/verification
• Generate a list of tickets sold
• Send a message to the audience. *only to people for whom an email is provided.

Reschedule status

These are events for which a new date has been announced. The rescheduled event creates a new event for the selected date with status .

For events with status Reschedule, the following options are available:
